At Mercure Bucharest City Center, we manage events with dedication and great attention to detail. This way, we make sure that your company and your guests will benefit from the best services every time.
Our hotel has 3 meeting rooms. They are fully equipped and may be arranged in different settings – theatre, U-shape, boardroom, classroom, even banquet. The rooms’ surface is around 50 sq m. Each of them may host up to 24 participants, in a theatre setting.
Our conferencing area is located on the first floor of the hotel. Therefore, the rooms are easily accessible from the reception area. All rooms have abundant natural light, are endowed with a video projector, projection screen and flip chart. The furniture is modular and can be moved around or even stored away if necessary.
