The “Smart Business” package starts from 30 euros/person + VAT. It includes the rental of the room from 08:00 to 18:00, all necessary equipment and food & beverages. Full-day events open with a welcome buffet with coffee, tea, water and pastries. They comprise two coffee breaks and a savory buffet lunch. There’s free Wi-Fi for all participants in all hotel areas.

The MICE area at Mercure Bucharest City Center is on the first floor. The hotel has 3 fully equipped meeting rooms. All conference rooms enjoy natural light. They have state-of-the-art technical equipment and premium, modular furniture.

The meeting rooms may be fitted in different settings – theatre, U-shape, boardroom, classroom or banquet. Each of our rooms has a capacity of up to 30 participants. Nevertheless, for more complex events, companies can book them together.
